We truly appreciate the courtesy, the helpfulness, and promptness during the funeral service of our uncle. The custom standing spray was very nicely done and our uncle's family loved it.

Beautiful! And thank you for contacting me personally to assure me the flowers were going to be delivered the day requested but at a later time due to the delivery person's route- this was definitely not necessary to do but very thoughtful!

Bri courteously took my order and did say the arrangement would look different than what is pictured. She was right, it was even better!
My very dear friend was ecstatic upon receiving the Cherry Blossom arrangement. She immediately sent photos to me that were lovely. Delivery was on time as promised.
This was my first order with Blossoms of Bethesda but it will not be my last.

Excellent customer service! I contacted the florist from out of state regarding a birthday delivery for a family member. Even during this holiday season, the person I spoke with was professional and very helpful.
